Windows auto-updater downloads very slowly

Description

The auto-updater works fine but it took about 10+ minutes to complete. I quit Catznip 2 times during the process because, without any progress indicator, I thought it had failed. It is only when I checked the log file that I noticed it resumes the download on next launches of the application. There is no indication of this at all.

For testing purposes I downloaded the same file through my web browser and then it only takes 10 seconds.

Log files were overwritten so all I have is the last log before the update.exe launched.
