Inventory focus changes tabs when new inventory accepted

Description

If inventory focus is on recent items when new inventory is accepted, focus changes to "my inventory" tab and the item that was accepted. I like to be able to maintain separate focus in each tab, with the focus for an accepted inventory item only happening in the current tab I'm in.

In R8.1 the focus stays in whatever tab you're in when a new item is accepted - allowing an item to highlight in the recent tab, and wherever you've scrolled to in the "my inventory" tab to maintain it's positioning.

Fixed in R9.0.12 beta

The active tab (whether it's recent or a custom added tab) now has precedence over the "All Items" tab. However, if the active tab is filtered, then it will still switch over.

Example: recent tab is active but filtered on "notecard". If you rez and take an object then when looking at the active tab it will notice that "Object" does not pass the active panel's filter and will switch the "All Items" panel to show the item instead.

Additionally, this also fixes the bug where creating a new notecard in the "Recent" tab switches to "All Items" as the active tab.

I discovered today that it's not the new inventory being added that is stealing focus - it's when the rezzed item is taken back in to inventory that tab focus is changed.
